Chef Saito truly exceeded our expectations! Every course of his dinner was absolutely delicious, and we loved the combination of interesting flavors. He is a super nice guy and remained quite unobtrusive throughout the evening. When he served each course, he took care to explain the dish. When he left, I was surprised to find that my kitchen was cleaner than when he arrived! I highly recommend Chef Saito!

Wow. Really wow. We all agreed the salmon was better than any salmon we'd ever had. It was like...carmelized. Big portions. Josh was wonderful. A really nice, unassuming guy who makes amazing food. I cannot recommend him or Kitchit enough. I had plates and dishes out ready to go, so I made sure to be helpful by having things available, and then by being out of the way so that Josh could make an amazing meal. For a first experience with the Kitchit website, this was incredible.

Chef Josh really knows his stuff.  He's comfortable cooking a variety or cuisines, as can be seen in this meal that includes elements from Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cooking.  Small touches, like the pistachio in the tiramisu and the roasted red pepper puree complementing the croquettes, allude to Chef Josh's world travels and he executes them perfectly.

The plan came together quite last minute, and I was thrilled to find a chef who was extremely responsive and flexible to work with my last minute planning. He was very communicative in letting me know anything needed in advance and making sure the menu was appropriate and up to my liking. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and most importantly, brought out in perfect timing. Chef left my home extremely clean and made my evening a true success!
